Resistance Training Workouts

Sculpt

45-60 minute full body resistance training using bands and dumbbells to break down and build up your legs, shoulders, chest, and back.  For ALL levels.

Butts & Guts

30 minute express session to focus on building your butt and tightening your core. A mini band is recommended for this session. For ALL levels.

CTS

30 minute express session working on your arms, legs and core to ensure you are ready for crop-tops, tight shorts, and sleeveless shirts. For ALL levels.

Barre

45-60 minute full body resistance training bands, dumbbells, body weight, and ballet movements to sculpt every area of your body.  For ALL levels.

Burn

45-60 minute fast paced full body resistance training using high reps and pairing to ensure they muscles burn and build. For ALL levels.

Cardio & Yoga Workouts

Tabata

30–45-minute bodyweight cardio HIIT to torch calories. You will skip, run, jump, along with a ton of other variations as well as short bursts and short rests periods to burn massive calories. For ALL levels.

Cardio Kickboxing

30–45-minute cardio kickboxing HIIT session pairing punches, kicks, and bodyweight cardio moves to torch calories. For ALL levels.

Step It Up

30-45 minute modern step routine using a step and a variety of bodyweight cardio moves to get your heart pumping. For ALL levels.

Fit Dance

30-45 minutes of fun & intervals that will have you dancing everywhere you go! Mixture of cardio dance, with ab and booty work to the hottest hip hop, pop, and Latin beats! For ALL levels.

Yoga

30-45 minute session designed to help you find your Zen.
