Why These 5 Points?

These 5 points have proven over the last decade plus to be contributing factors to thousands of people that have had success with our programming gaining the results they wanted and the sustainability they desired.

POINT 1 - HYDRATION

One of the keys to retraining your metabolism is to ensure you are hydrated.  People suffering slight dehydration can suffer from up to a 10% drop in their metabolism as well as decreased efficiency with vitamin and nutrient transfer.

POINT 3 - WORKOUT DAILY

Each day we eat, which means that each day we need to have increased activity levels to burn those extra calories.  Exercise can consist of just 20 minutes of an increased heartrate done the right way if necessary to see results.

POINT 5 - KEEP SCORE

To win you must have a scoreboard.  Each day and week you keep track of your daily points.  Studies in the group have shown that members that just achieve 30 plus points/weekly report seeing better results than they ever thought possible.

POINT 2 - EATING WINDOW

As humans age studies have shown their insulin response continues to deplete causing their bodies to store more fat, in turn making it more difficult manage energy levels and body shape.  Eating Windows (intermittent fasting) are used to fix this to allow our bodies to clear the insulin, store less fat and improve energy levels.

POINT 4 - POST IN GROUP

A supportive community is a must for anyone trying to achieve a goal.  In the Switch Fitness Group each member plays a role in completing positive habit loops for each other by posting daily, along with liking and commenting on others posts to encourage and support them.
